Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Mensorix account at any time. Mensorix is provided by Beauta Holdings Limited.

How to ask

• In the app: go to Settings, then Delete my account. This opens an email to us, ready to send.
• By email: send an email to support@mensorix.com with the subject "Delete my Mensorix account". Send it from the email address you use to sign in, so we know the request is from you.

We will reply to confirm, and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your sign-in account, email address and name.
• Your membership of your company's account, and your role.
• Invitations sent to you.

What stays

• If you are the only administrator of your company's account, we will ask whether to close the company's account too, or hand it to a colleague first.
• Invitations you sent to colleagues stay with your company's account, as they belong to the company.
• Anything we must keep by law.

Information on your phone

In this version of the app, projects, photos and reports are saved on your phone, not with us. To remove them, sign out and uninstall the app.
