Mensorix Privacy Policy

Mensorix is a site inspection and snagging app published by Beauta Holdings ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and what happens to it.

The short version

Everything you put into Mensorix stays on your phone. We do not collect, receive, store or sell any of your information. The app has no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.

Information stored on your device

When you use Mensorix, the following is saved only in the app's storage on your device:

• Your name and company name, and any logo and brand colour you choose.
• Project details you enter, such as titles, references, client names and site addresses.
• Snags or issues you record, including descriptions, locations, statuses, due dates and comments.
• Names and contact details of the people or contractors you add, if you choose to enter them.
• Photos, drawings and plans you add, any mark-up you draw on them, and signatures.

This information is not sent to us or to anyone else. It remains under your control, and uninstalling the app deletes it from your device.

Camera and photos

Mensorix asks for access to your camera so you can photograph snags, and to your photos so you can attach existing pictures, plans or a logo. Photos are only used inside the app and are stored on your device. The app does not use your microphone.

Sharing reports

You can create PDF and CSV reports and share them using your phone's sharing options, for example by email or a messaging app. A report is only shared when you choose to share it, and only with the people or apps you pick. Once shared, the report is handled under the privacy terms of the service you sent it with.

Information about other people

If you record details of other people, such as contractors' names or contact details, you are responsible for doing so lawfully and for telling them where appropriate. That information stays on your device.

Children

Mensorix is a business tool and is not intended for children.

Future cloud features

We plan to offer optional online accounts, for example so a company can share projects with its team. If we add features that send information to our servers, we will update this policy before they are available and explain exactly what is collected and why. Using them will be your choice.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
