About Mensorix
What is Mensorix?
Mensorix is a project platform for UK main contractors. Buy only the modules you need, and bring your clients, consultants and subcontractors onto the project free.
It's one system for the whole job: the Android app on site, and the same system in a web browser in the office.
Which modules can I use now?
Snagging and defects is available now. Capture every finding with a photo, pin it to the plan, assign it and track it to sign-off.
More modules are coming soon across safety and compliance, site operations, quality and handover, design and documents, and commercial. See them all on the modules section of our home page.
Do I have to buy everything?
No. Modules are sold on their own, so you pay only for what you use.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is coming soon. You can try Mensorix for free.
Do clients, consultants and subcontractors pay?
No. Joining a main contractor's project is free. They only pay if they want all their projects, across several main contractors, in one place.
Do operatives need a paid login?
No. Operatives can read COSHH sheets and sign inductions and briefings without a paid login.
Using it on site
Which phones and computers does it work on?
On site, use the Android app. In the office, use Mensorix in a web browser on your computer. There isn't an iPhone app yet.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Capture on site without signal; it syncs when you're back online.
Can I use our own company name and logo?
Yes. Set your company's name, logo and colour in Settings, Branding. Your plan decides whether reports show your own branding.
Signing in
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and we'll send you a sign-in code. You can also continue with your Google or Microsoft account. There's no password to remember.
If you're new to Mensorix, signing in creates your account.
My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Check your junk or spam folder (it comes from noreply@mensorix.com), and that you typed your email address correctly. Codes only work for a short time, so ask for a new one if yours is old. Still nothing? Email support@mensorix.com.
I've been invited to a project. What do I do?
Open the invitation email and follow the link, or sign in to Mensorix with the email address the invitation was sent to. You'll see the invitation waiting for you. Joining is free.
Can I use my work Microsoft or Google account?
Yes. Choose "Continue with Microsoft" or "Continue with Google" on the sign-in screen.
Your data
Where is my data kept?
Your project data is stored in a UK data centre.
Can Mensorix staff see my projects?
Our support team can only open a session with a code you give them. The code changes regularly, and you can see who has access and remove it at any time. Every time Mensorix staff access your project content, it is logged.

Once you've signed in, go to Settings, then Help and how-tos. There's a step-by-step guide for each part of Mensorix.
How do I contact support?
Email support@mensorix.com. If we need to look at your project with you, we'll ask your company administrator for a support code.
